I forgot my password
Use Forgot password and we'll email you a reset link.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open Account (in the app) or your account page on the website, and choose Delete my account. It removes your login and everything you created. If you coach a team, the team, its games and its videos are deleted too. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
The video isn't showing
Check that the filming phone is still broadcasting and has signal. Scores keep updating even when the video pauses, and the replay appears a few minutes after the game ends.
I scored a play wrong
Tap Undo for the last play, or tap any past square on the scorecard to fix it in place.
Remove a photo, name or video of my child
Tell the coach, or email us with the team and player name and we'll take it down promptly.
