Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and BeyWatch242 (“BeyWatch242”, “we”) about using the BeyWatch242 website and apps. By creating an account or using BeyWatch242, you agree to them and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use BeyWatch242.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account. Children don't sign up.
• Use your real name and an email you check, and keep your password private.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Coaches and anyone who scores or streams for a team agree that they will:

• Get permission from each player's parent or guardian before adding the player to a roster or streaming, recording or uploading games they play in.
• Follow the rules of their league, school, field and venue about filming and streaming, and stop if asked to.
• Add only what the team needs: a name (or first name and initial), number and position. No home addresses, phone numbers, school details or other private information about players.
• Remove a player, their stats or video promptly when a parent or guardian asks, and tell us at support@uchallenged.com if you need help.
• Never film locker rooms, changing areas, or anything other than the game itself.

On BeyWatch242, including team chat, announcements and anything you upload, don't:

• Harass, bully, threaten or insult anyone, especially players.
• Post anything sexual, violent, hateful or illegal, or anything that endangers a child.
• Share someone else's private information.
• Upload video, music or other material you don't have the right to share.
• Try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, overload the service, or use bots to scrape it.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we'll report anything that puts a child at risk to the appropriate authorities.

You keep ownership of what you post: rosters, scores, messages and video. You give BeyWatch242 permission to store, show, stream and process it (for example, to cut highlight clips, build box scores and write recaps) so we can run the service for you and your team. That permission ends when the content is deleted, except for copies in backups that are cleared on their normal schedule. Content on public team, game and player pages can be viewed by anyone with the link.

Scoring and team tools are free for coaches. If we offer paid plans (for example, for family viewers), the price, what's included and how to cancel will be shown before you pay, and those details will be part of these terms.

BeyWatch242 is a young product and we're improving it all the time. Live streams depend on the field's internet connection and the camera phone, so a stream or recording may drop or fail. Scores and stats are only as accurate as what's entered. We provide BeyWatch242 “as is”, without promises that it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or stop features.

To the extent the law allows, BeyWatch242 isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost recordings, or anything that happens at a game, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it (or $50 if you haven't paid anything). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You can stop using BeyWatch242 at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@uchallenged.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

We may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top and let account holders know about big changes. Continuing to use BeyWatch242 after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: support@uchallenged.com.
